Lemaan Achai's career and vocational planning program is premised on the foundation that people have within them the ability to grow, change and develop. Our goal is to collaboratively identify and clarify people’s career goals as the first step in self-actualizing their abilities and aspirations (both recognized and yet-to-be-discovered) in creating a secure and financial independent life.

The Career and Vocational Planning Program offers the following services:
Career Counseling, guiding people in creating / implementing a comprehensive career development plan, providing short term therapy focused on challenges related to career changes, assistance with professional training /retraining options, financial assistance, living stipends and other related costs.
Employment/ Vocational Guidance, crafting and editing creative and functional resumes, raising client’s self-efficacy in the pursuit of finding gainful employment, mock interviews and preparation in securing successful employment.
